What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Manage: Drive high-value procurement projects and tenders, negotiating key contracts with top suppliers.
  • Strategize and Innovate: Develop and expand commodity and supplier strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Supplier Relationships: Manage and negotiate with cabin interior suppliers to ensure a sustainable and efficient supply chain.
  • Analyze and Report: Prepare strategic decision papers and reports, leveraging procurement analytics for data-driven insights.
  • Contract Management: Ensure suppliers meet contractual agreements for pricing and performance, negotiating claims as necessary.
  • Special Projects: Take charge of special projects that advance our procurement goals and enhance operational excellence.

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, applied sciences, economics or law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with sales/procurement processes
  • Aviation industry background or passion for aviation
  • Strategic negotiation skills; ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner; ability to compromise
  • Willingness to travel regularly
