Mission

Manages the reimbursement of partially or fully unused flight tickets and EMD’s (Electronic Miscellaneous Documents), either according to fare conditions, in case of flight irregularities and schedule changes or requests within 24hrs. The customer experience is also a very important aspect.

Tasks

  • Analysis of incoming refund requests which are not processed automatically
  • Calculation of refundable amounts and airport taxes
  • Managing general mailboxes of the refund department
  • Point of contact via email towards passengers and travel agencies
  • Review feedback from customer surveys
  • Process cases and requests coming from Customer Relations Dept.

Profile

  • Experience with Amadeus Reservation System is a plus
  • Background of Fare rules and ticketing is a plus
  • Languages: English, Dutch, French, possibly knowledge German
  • Accurate, eye for detail and numerical
  • Able to work under stress situations
  • Team Player
