Purpose of the position
As HR Services Officer you ensure the correct execution of various administrative and organizational tasks that are connected to the personnel administration and you are responsible for correct payout of the wages for your heir assigned employee population.
Your Tasks
- Correct and timely administrative processing of all information (coming from the line management) that concerns the personnel files & the payment of wages and salaries;
- Keep our masterdata system (SuccessFactors) and payroll system up to date; maintaining day-to-day contacts with social secretary;
- Partner closely with the HR Business Partner for all employee file related matters and changes;
- Providing information and answering questions of the employees: explaining social legislation, internal procedures and rules; explaining actual files concerning wages and salary administration;
- You are a backup for your colleagues in the HR Services team and make sure that the questions of employees related to the other departments are answered in a timely manner and process urgent personal file adjustments;
- You stay up-to-date on all developments in the HR field of expertise, the labor market, the initiatives being developed by the government, the developments on labor laws and social security;
- You think proactively about the improvement within the department and it’s procedures and brings these to the team meeting. Is able to participate in projects concerning wages and salary administration in order to improve processes constantly.
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree with 3 of 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of social law, payroll and administrative procedures
- Experience in payroll is a must
- Good working knowledge of Dutch and English, French knowledge is an asset
- Good Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel and Word.
- Experience with SuccessFactor is a plus
- Good communication skills & teamplayer
- Critical and curious mind to review processes and ways of working
- High level of accuracy
