Purpose of the position
As an Audit and Fraud Prevention Analyst you are responsible for LH Group-wide development, management and updating processes to prevent fraud. You will be part of the Payment Fraud Prevention Management Group and main responsible for the fraud rule development for SN (Brussels Airlines). Together with your teammates you are aiming to safeguard the development as well as implementation of fraud prevention measures. The job holder supports the effective, efficient, and transparent reporting of fraud topics and incidents by determining and reporting fraud figures to LH Group management and other stakeholders.
Your tasks
- Developing, implementing and regular updating fraud prevention processes to prevent financial loss.
- Initiation and management of cross- LHG projects to improve, harmonize and/or automate processes to prevent fraud.
- Continuous monitoring, analysing, and documenting of common fraud scenarios.
- Developing and improving exchange on fraud patterns/scenarios with other airlines and evaluating the implementation of joint fraud prevention measures.
- Planning, monitoring, and reporting of budgets for own area of work.
- Developing and continuous monitoring of suitable KPIs to measure target achievement within the own area of responsibility.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Min. 3 years working experience in Sales, Revenue Management, Steering, Ticketing or equivalent analytical experience
- Profound work experience within Payment, Sales and Ticketing or similar in the aviation industry.
- Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, social and communication capabilities.
- Conceptually strong and capable of seeing the bigger picture.
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and to consistently perform under pressure.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of One Res and Amadeus Altéa is a plus.
- Knowledge of ticketing and payment processes.
- Willingness to travel several times a year (Team Meetings, Conventions).
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
