Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist you are in charge of the full recruitment process of all positions for internal employees or Consultants at our office in Brussels

Your role

  • You manage the full recruitment process:
    • Intake with the hiring manager
    • Define the right sourcing channels
    • Source and identify applicants (using different job websites, Social Media, incoming applications, job fairs, agencies, etc.)
    • Screening and interviewing of candidates
    • Match the open requests with the available candidates
    • Advising hiring managers in final selection about the best possible match with candidates taking into account the market conditions and business requirements
    • Build competitive offer in close collaboration with HRBP’s, Hiring manager, CHRO and Finance
    • Present the salary package and send the proposal to the candidate. Explain the standard contract conditions to the candidate
  • You are accountable for recruiting candidates with a perfect fit with organization values and strategy
  • You ensure optimal communication with all internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process (candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues)
  • You are ahead of market trends to find new recruitment channels and candidates
  • You develop and further implement the sourcing strategy and talent acquisition programs. You develop Isabel groups Employer branding activities, candidate attraction strategies and build active talent pools
  • You provide adequate reporting to the hiring manager and supervisor
  • You participate in talent acquisition related projects such as the Isabel EVP, ambassador program and optimization of the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • You follow up on relevant performance indicators for the recruitment process

Your profile

  • Master of Bachelor degree in social sciences
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French
  • Experience in sourcing and social media recruitment
  • Experience in recruitment of (Middle) Management profiles
  • Experience in IT recruitment is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of Belgian social legislation
  • TalentQ-accreditation for candidate testing is an asset
  • You think pro-actively and demonstrate excellent organizational skills
  • Your eye for detail makes accuracy a natural born habit
  • Although our offices are in Brussels, you are willing to work from our offices in Heverlee when needed for your function
