Talent Acquisition Specialist

Here at Isabel Group, we are looking for a Talent Acquisiton Specialist. In this role you would be responsible for hiring the right talent for the organization in Brussels (HQ), Antwerp and Leuven across Business Units and Roles. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support talent acquisition strategy.

Your role

  • You will be responsible for identifying the best active and passive talent in the market. You are creative and proactive in ensuring and developing our visibility among potential candidates (networking, event organization, etc.)
  • You manage the full recruitment process:
    • Intake with the hiring manager
    • Source and identify applicants (using different LinkedIn, job websites, Social Media, incoming applications, job fairs, agencies, etc.)
    • Screening and interviewing of candidates
    • Match the open requests with the available candidates
    • Advising hiring managers in final selection about the best possible match with candidates taking into account the market conditions and business requirements
    • Build competitive offer in close collaboration with HR and hiring manager
  • You establish a methodology and pace in the selection process in order to respond as quickly and appropriately as possible to client requests
  • You ensure optimal communication with all internal and external stakeholders in the recruitment process (candidates, hiring managers and HR colleagues)
  • You are accountable for recruiting candidates with a perfect fit with organization values and strategy
  • You keep developing Isabel group Employer branding activities, candidate attraction strategies and build active talent pools
  • You like to be ahead of market trends to find new recruitment channels and candidates
  • You report and are supported by the Talent Acquisition Manager

Your profile

In order to be successful in this role you have a solid experience in recruitment with great stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong customer focus and an operational dimension. Ideally you will have experience of IT recruitment or you are at ease with the world of IT or you want to master its jargon and understand its technological processes. You will need to speak Dutch, French and English to a professional working level. You think pro-actively and demonstrate excellent organizational skills you are excellent communicator. You appreciate autonomy and think in terms of solutions.
