At Isabel Group, the finance and administration department is looking for an AP accountant with a high interest of discovering the accountancy field within a supportive team.

Your role

As AP Accountant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Responsible for the full vendor invoice registration process, including vendor check, GL account coding, PO match, problem solving and preparation of vendor payments.
• Responsible for expense registration process including review with the company policy and preparation of reimbursements
• Assist with general ledger account reconciliations
• Prepare general ledger journal entries (deferred charges, accruals…)
• Provide support with monthly closing
• Provide support with audit
• Handle ad hoc projects

Your profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accountancy with a first relevant experience in a similar position
• You are fluent in Dutch & French, both spoken and written. English is a plus
• You have experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of Navision is a plus
• You have knowledge of the most current MS office tools, especially Excel
• You value accuracy, you have an eye for detail and you are comfortable with strict predefined deadlines
