Sales Coach

We are looking for a Sales Coach to help us commercialize the services SignHere, Isabel 6/Seven and Ponto. You will be leading & co-ordinating a small, and dynamic sales team, reporting to the VP Sales & Mkt.

Ideally a highly motivated, experienced, and pro-active personality with strong work ethics and leadership skills. Your team’s main responsibility will be to attract and convince prospects via phone and/or online technology to sign up for one (or more) of the Isabel services.

In a nutshell: you are a commercial, driven person who is not afraid to interact with people, leading by example and coaching the team towards excellent results.


Your role

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Contribute to profitable yearly revenue growth via the team’s acquisition of new customers.
  • Organizing outbound calling and e-mail actions based on a list of pre-qualified leads and/or cold leads.
  • Guiding your team towards customer acquisition and contract closing. Helping you team in understanding customer requirements and translating it to an offer, performing effective online demos, preparing quotations, providing information needed for the customer to seal the deal.
  • Meeting assigned KPI’s
  • Approach customers with a high degree of professionalism and effectiveness by successful utilization of selling skills and sales tools. Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Coordinate the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar).
  • Report on the team’s lead activity on a weekly basis.
  • Work as an individual contributor, as part of the greater sales team, to grow sales business.
  • For the complex deals and major prospects: route leads to the sales executive by securing and planning customer meetings.
  • Providing feedback for the creation of appropriate marketing and sales campaigns; executing and tracking campaigns.
  • Act as “Voice of the Customer” towards Product Management teams by making suggestions for product evolutions based upon the needs identified with prospects.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies (GDPR related)



Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business domain).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function.
  • Strong tele-sales skills, good in-depth knowledge of lead scoring metrics
  • Communication and leadership skills with a coaching style
  • Result-driven. Strong motivation for sales results - you have a healthy hunger to succeed, to persevere and to deliver
  • Highly customer-focused / customer-centric. Customer comes always first.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - persuasive and goal-oriented, pro-active, energetic, friendly, and professional.
  • Flexible, hands-on mentality, “can-do approach”.
  • Experienced in setting up & maintaining CRM systems as a tool for coaching, following-up and reporting
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and verbal).
