Purpose of the position

The Loyalty Product Manager is responsible for driving the commercial success of the Brussels Airlines Miles & More Cobranded Credit Card portfolio.

Your tasks

Key Result Area 1 : Key account responsibility

  • Ensures overall coordination of the cobranded product portfolio with the internal (at Brussels Airlines and at Miles&More) and external stakeholders.
  • Manages the relation to banking and payment scheme partners.
  • Prepares and executes growth strategy, as well as initiatives to further drive the success of the credit card portfolios together with partners and interfaces, with a strong focus on customer acquisition.

Key Result Area 2 : Product design & development

  • Responsible for the product development throughout its life cycle, based on regular market trends & needs analysis.
  • Development and implementation of marketing and product concepts together with banking / payment scheme partners and internal interfaces.
  • Further development of partnerships and products under economic/competitive criteria.

Key Result Area 3: Budget & reporting

  • Responsibility for business case, profitability and target achievement.
  • Preparation of annual budget, forecasting, OKRs and regular performance reviews.
  • Preparation of Management Meetings and presentations.

Key Result Area 4: Projects

  • Lead / support the implementation of the agreed project roadmap in cooperation with all relevant interfaces, including the credit card / banking organizations and various areas of the Lufthansa Group as well as participation in cross-company projects.

 

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in business or economics or equivalent through experience in a related function.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as product owner, product manager, account manager or in business / sales development.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Dutch and French, spoken and written.
  • Outstanding presentation, organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience / affinity with financial / banking products.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience in the airline industry and / or loyalty is an advantage.
  • Strong conceptual, creative and entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong teamwork skills and the ability to inspire your fellow team members.
  • Pro-active, assertive and the ability to take ownership of the job; to work autonomously, flexible and able to cope with a fast changing environment.
  • Able to work under pressure.
